Air Travel

For families located farther away, air transportation may be arranged when appropriate and permitted by the airline and applicable regulations.

Ground Delivery

Pickup

Families who prefer to collect their puppy personally may arrange pickup with MOSA by appointment.

MOSA works with families throughout the United States.

Before a puppy travels to the United States, we will review the destination and applicable requirements for the puppy’s entry and transportation.

The CDC, USDA, airline, and destination-state requirements may apply depending on the circumstances.

Because regulations can change, buyers are responsible for providing accurate destination information and cooperating with any documentation or requirements necessary for their puppy’s journey.

MOSA also welcomes families in Canada.

Delivery Timing

If a delay occurs, we will communicate the updated arrangements as soon as reasonably possible.

Transportation and delivery costs are separate from the puppy’s purchase price unless otherwise stated in writing.
